I am the sole owner of the above item and I am leaving this item at The Guitar Hanger to be sold on consignment. I understand that The Guitar Hangar will retain a 20% commission for this service. If the money is to be left at the Guitar Hangar to be used as store credit towards future purchases, The Guitar Hangar will retain a 10% commission. I understand that The Guitar Hangar will be advertising the above item on the internet and any other means necessary to sell my item and I will therefore refer all future inquiries to The Guitar Hangar. I agree to leave the above item at the Guitar Hangar for a minimum of 60 days. If I elect to pick up the item before the 60 day's I agree to pay the Guitar Hangar a 50.00 listing fee per item to cover all advertising and processing costs. Items MUST BE IN SELLABLE CONDITION. If not, they will be made sellable at your expense.

The Guitar Hangar will attempt to get you the full asking price and more if at all possible and will not sell the item for below your bottom line without first contacting you. Please understand that if the price you are asking is too high or unreasonable due to the condition of the item, the Guitar Hangar may elect to void this contract and ask you to pick up your item. If your item was shipped to the Guitar Hangar, you are responsible for all return shipping and handling and insurance as well as any repairs made to make your item sellable. The Guitar Hangar will notify you when your item sells and pay you within 5 business days for your consignment upon receipt of all cleared funds due. The Guitar Hangar will notify you with any reasonable offer. You are under no obligation to accept any offer below the above bottom line. By signing this form you agree to the above conditions.
