Guitar Hangar return policy is a no cash or credit card refunds. Up to 7 days, full store credit as long as item is returned in same condition. If item is damaged or not sellable as new, a minimum 25% restocking fee applies depending on the damage. After 7 days the item is considered used and is worth current wholesale price. Consignment guitars are not returnable. Layaway deposits on consignments are not transferable to other guitars as we often buy these guitars up front once we receive a deposit on them.
