Unique to the L6-S is the 6 way pickup selector. It functions as follows:
The l6s has a very cool 6-way pickup selector, mid cut choke designed by Bill Lawrence that provides the following options, all of which are humbucking and silent:
1. Neck and Bridge, series in phase
2. Neck alone
3. Neck and Bridge, parallel in phase
4. Neck and Bridge, parallel out of phase
5. Bridge alone
6. Neck and Bridge, series, out of phase
Also setting this guitar apart is the control knob set, which consists of a Volume, Midrange control and Master Tone.
