Attention collectors! Hofner is proud to announce the extremely limited Club 40 John Lennon Signature Model. This was John Lennons first guitar bought for him by his Aunt Mimi. Features include an autographed copy of the book "Beatles Gear" from the author, a mock up of Aunt Mimi's payment sheet for the guitar. The guitar also features a pickup which has been modeled to retain the authenticity of it's signature design while also meeting the needs of todays guitarist; it can be toggled from single coil vintage tone to a humbucker sound with a flick of a switch. It also features bass and treble switches, as well as a vintage volume knob.  A portion of the proceeds to go to the John Lennon songwriters charity.
