Just wanted to let you guys know that I'm extremely impressed with my purchase of the used jet black Collings CL from you this past week. I noticed that your website description had it listed as excellent and I asked one of you about what imperfections prevented it from being labeled as mint. The gentleman noted some slight jean rivet wear on the back and the slightest pick scratches on the front. In the spirit of full-disclosure, he said it's a 9 out of 10, but that's not a 10 out of 10. I decided to order the guitar and I got it this past Thursday. It looked absolutely perfect to me, but I'm visually impaired, so I asked my dad to look at it, too. He looked at it closely and we held it up to the light, but both of us agreed that we really couldn't find anything wrong with it at all. Thus, I wanted to write because I think a store should get extra praise when they conservatively under-estimate the condition of the used items they sell. It's refreshing to find a vender who describes an arguably mint guitar as merely excellent rather than the other way around.
