Hey I just wanted to send an email out to personally thank you for the Gibson SG Angus Signature Series guitar. It arrived today after only a day after you shipped it! I opened it and was thrilled. The guitar is gorgeous and worth every penny. Now I'm only waiting on my amp to arrive to really see what it can do! You were very easy to deal with and much better than any large company. The Seagull arrived today and it's just beautiful. It is perfect for me and I'm absolutely thrilled. I love the subtle colors and trim, the size and the weight. It hadn't even occurred to me to get a strap for it until I first picked it up; I think I will go in search of one on my lunch hour.

The guitar arrived today at about noon GMT. I can't tell you how I feel. The guitar is out of this world. All my fears and issues and uncertainties evaporated at a glance when I opened the case. She is beautiful. To make matters even better, she sounds so different to my Deluxe and my Standard. (This will justify the need for three Les Paul's when I tell my wife !!! I have 6 guitars in total, she has 20 pairs of shoes !!)

Once again, thank you so much for your patience and your superb customer service skills during our correspondence. I will recommend your company to everyone. The quality of the guitar, the documentation and papers included, along with the Mick Ronson memorabilia is of the highest standard. I am thrilled. If ever I am in the States, I will call to see you. There is not enough space, time, or words to describe and thank you for the experience that I have had in working with your shop. I’m an eccentric casual player with 18 guitars. I brought you three of them (yes I had 21, and have never played a gig in my life! Silly huh?!) Your ability to get me a fair price and find a good home for my Limited edition Takemine 2002 amazed me, but what was even more shocking was the collection of high quality guitars in impeccable condition that you had lining your shop. Your store is literally a guitar player’s wet dream. Your advice is both honest and sincere, and working with you has been truly amazing. I know that my other guitars that I have left with you will also find good homes, and can assure you that any future guitar purchases I may make would be made from one place and one place only….The place where “cool guitars hang out”! I had become accustom to feeling like a dope walking into other local Guitar stores and calling/using other online shops due to my lack of technical knowledge involving the instruments I’ve been interested in and purchased. My experience in dealing with you and your patience in dealing with me has taught me that there is really no reason for me to purchase any new equipment elsewhere. Thank you again for the exceptional service and know-how.

Amazing.  Honestly.  I thought for sure that getting the new case would be akin to pulling teeth.  At 36 years old I've bought a few guitars in my life.  And it's almost always a con of some sort.  I always felt like I was buying a car when I bought a guitar from a dealer. I had one great experience buying a guitar from XXXXX Guitars.  They made an error and shipped me the wrong guitar. They made up for it and then some. I was so impressed. I even asked them if they could get a hold of a Model 1 before I went looking.  But for the most part it seems like musical instrument dealers are like used car salesmen.
So I saw Guitar Hangar and thought it was just another giant corporation churning out sales.  So many music dealers cater to their customers as though they were morons.  And yes, I suppose there is a younger customer that can be a bit nutty sometimes.  But still!  
After a lot of looking it seemed that your store was the only store selling a new Model 1. And I begrudgingly gave you my business. But you were prompt and professional.  And then came the problem with the case.  Which I had set a date of the middle of February before I let myself get angry about nothing getting done about it.  But you personally handled it well above my expectations. 
In business it seems you only ever hear from customers when there's a complaint.  So I figured I would just let you know I thoroughly enjoyed the service you provided me with. And getting the case problem solved so quickly is again worthy of recognition. Most dealers would be telling me tough tiddly-winks.  But you took care of it. Thanks again!  If I ever need a guitar again, which I'm sure I will some day, I'll be checking with your site first.  It's good to know there's a store out there you can trust.

Hi! I got the Tribute ASAT Spec Semi-Hollow #1082 and have been playing the heck out of it! What a babe! Sound, action, looks, playability, and intonation just about says it all. It is a workhorse with no limits! The quality equals that of Fender's best without being too pricey. Thank God I found you online.

I love the guitar!  Your description was very accurate.  I'm glad I went with the older model instead of a brand new one.  I love the beautiful wood and finishes on the new guitars, but the tops are so screaming these days that the guitar-ness can be overshadowed. I also have a McCarty and a Hollowbody II.  These are also pretty and so nice to play, but they feel more generic somehow and the pickups are very dark. I like the pickups on the Custom 24 better.  Five cool sounds, you can't beat it!  So I suppose the closet days are over for this one but hopefully I won't bang it up too much. I'm completely satisfied with the deal and the service.  It is scary to buy something so unique and expensive sight unseen, but you made it work out great.
